One of the interesting things about that is I've called a few select companies that should know better and asked them why I'm getting Indians calling me for positions that are obviously of national security interest. The one I actually received a response from tried to tell me that didn't happen until I forwarded them an email. The only thing I got back was some boilerplate about "We use a multitude of companies that contract and recruit through various means..." More than I expected, but nothing more than I expected.
