I think that a big portion of Cacausians have been politically illiterate for centuries. The difference now since dunno 1900 and forward is that the dumber folks have been given more and more influence.

"Caucasians" are the general groups of wandering tribes that descended the Caucasus mountains following the last ice age. They aren't just white, they're one of what appears to be several groups of Aryans that permeated the globe following the Atlantean Diaspora.
