While only being about 38% butter, it gets more flavour from the olive oil thats added to it, which is odd because other olive oil based spreads have no flavour.

You get what you pay for with a £3.50 tub of premium butter instead of a £1 tub of margerine.

I use Lurpak lighter with everything now, except when making desserts as the olive oil is too savoury for that, I have some unsalted pure butter blocks for that in the freezer.

It sounds like a mix of butter and emulsified olive oil. I'd stay away from eating too much olive oil. While it's supposed to be "healthy", it's still not good for you, especially in larger quantities. Butter, on the other hand, you can eat as much as you want.

Butter is far worse for you than oils, its all saturated fat.

Saturated fat is good for you. You've been brainwashed by kiked up "food science". It's the unsaturated fat that gets oxidized quickly and leads to diabetes, heart disease and Alzheimer's.
