If you think about it, evolution doesn't exist. We still have intelligent Vs degenerates.

The only difference is degenerates are winning, because the intelligent are pacifists now.

This is what people don't understand. There are several categories/types of evolution.

Darwin's theory of human evolution is almost completely debunked at this point. There exists no supporting evidence man evolved from ape. But publically admitting this means empowering the theological side of the house. Their church will not allow competing voices.

All of this is wrong. There are NO categories of evolution. Evolution is just change over time through a filtering process, every single human that ever existed is a transitional sample.

To cite the common example, how did the eye evolve? You've heard of the concept of "irreducible complexity," right?

There are no examples of irreducible complexity.

This is guranteed by our universe having cause and effect and therefore everything being computable. Every instance of irreducible complexity you can list I can decompile into abstract mathematical categorications and run the equation in multiple ways to get any answer that I want.

Not only do we know how the eye evolved, we have intermediary examples of all of the stages of evolution in existing species.

It gets even worse for your eye example. Not only can we explain and demonstrate how the eye evolved we even know that the eye evolved MULTIPLE times independently in separate species. For example, human eyes evolved INVERTED (inverted as in wrong way around) which is why we have a blind spot. Squid, on the other hand, evolved their eyes the correct way around and they don't have a blind spot.

But, you already know this.

And I already know you know this.

And I already know all the standard bullshit apologetics you are going to use to handwave all evidence away because you aren't interested in exploration. You are interested in faith which cannot be discerned from schizophrenia or a dmt trip.

This conversations IS NOT about evolution. What you and I are discussing actuall is the error rate on either end of this analytical spectrum:

FICTION (FAITH) <---> SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS

Everything on the left cannot be verified by evidence. Everything on the right cannot be verified by evidence either, it just allows us to collect ever greater amounts of evidence in support of those claims.

One can actually think of things on the left being purely FICTION only for so long as no verifiable evidence exists. The moment evidence start to be for anything on the left it starts to move towards the right in various increments of arbitrary value. While nothing on the right can ever be proven as true, humans like to make claims like "evolution is true" because the nature of our particular computable universe requires us to operate with "what works well enough" and speak using language that is very imprecise.

In other words, you are basically saying you want to live in a land of fairy tales and I am saying I do not. However, here is a bit of magic that happens if you FULLY explore both ends of that spectrum:

The human mind fuses and rationalizes (in inconsistent ways ... but alas) FICTION with SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS.

You can eventually get to a point where you can simuiltaneously believe in god and not believe in god. That isn't the important part although it is useful. The MOST IMPORTANT PART that we all are having to learn simultaneously is that the people that are on the SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS side can be and are fucking evil. Those mother fuckers can justify any kind of evil because they are so goddamned dedicated to their dogma.

In other words, I am on your side, but I just wish you guys would be more open to exploring the full spectrum of possibilites because once you get through that the other side is fucking wonderful.
