Had to drill completely through the stud. Heat, PB blaster, impact. Stripped the first hole and sized up. Got the second extractor in there so fucking tight it wouldn't back out. Ended up holding the t-wrench wirh a massive crescent wrench and turning the whole setup with an even bigger pipe wrench. Sounded like a gunshot when it broke loose. Reasembly tomorrow. My back and knees are fucked from kneeling up in the engine compartment.

None of those penetrating fluids really work, but I still use PB blaster, it smells like it does something. But, some threads are hopeless.

Yeah. Blaster can help, but if it's locked in, it's locked in.
