They are 80 lbs Why can't you lift then
I'm weak, but its given me motivation to start lifting more. Theres currently space for it next to my staircase as theres a gap between the stairs and the doors.
I've increased my barbell weight from 8 kg to 11kg, and have 15kg total, I do want to get up to effortlessly being able to do 30+ squats and lifts with the full 15kg (it has 4 each of 2kg and 1.5kg weights).
I could get social services to help me, but I will try and get strong enough to lift it myself.
8 kg was already getting easy and I could already do 30 of each squats and lifts with it, so 11kg now, hopefully 15kg after a week or two, then in a months time I should be able to lift it up the stairs myself.
This isnt about lifting. Your body can push 80 lbs up the stairs once. This is about willpower and determination.
Don't be a little bitch. Use your brain and your body and figure out the smartest way to get them up the stairs based on the configuration of your house AND FUCKING DO IT. STOP MAKING EXCUSES ITS ONE FUCKING TIME YOU CAN GET IT UP THOSE STEPS BOY. STOP COMPLAINING AND NUT UP.
Shallow stairs? Put a blanket or a xardboard box under it and push or pull them up.
LOL no I can't do it yet, I'm a fucking cripple
I will train until I can however.
Also my stairs have a turn at the top, so I can't just push the bookcase straight up :(
