I would not call them low T just not communicative enough, or have any idea what to do in this case... For example, they believe who they vote for needs to be anonymous to their partner, which is absolutely absurd... Man is head of the household, but discuss with the women... Discuss Pros/cons and reasonable vs laughable points, come to a decision together about whom to vote for... Men just need to step up and stop pushing the blame onto others, this is their responsibility, just like family responsibility make this one shared as well...

Unfortunately for your point, people all over the world are being brought in to water down legal citizen votes and their females also are "allowed" to vote... We need that 50%+/- of the legal vote to vote for "the" better candidate... Revoking the women's voting would give them more of an advantage in watering down legal votes -50% Legal votes... There is no precursor, all you have on that is "man's fallible law" that was latter found to be fallible... Even against the spirit of the constitution, all mankind is created equal according to what they are, man or woman...Gen 2: 21-24... Couples must work on becoming one will, not competing individuals... This is an exercise that works on the former, not the latter... What needs to be done is easy compared to a relationship, require proof that you're entitled to vote in the country you're voting in...
