No fault divorce destroyed marriage. There is literally no good reason to enter into a contract that anyone can leave at any time for no reason and take 50% or more when they leave. In america the only difference between being married and dating is when you break up you have to fight it out in court.
No fault is the biggest scam ever. Fault is fine. Spouse gained 100 lbs? Cheated on you? Became a felon? Blew your life savings on blackjack? Etc breach of contract? Sure.
No reason? That's BS.
I'd add "doesn't put out anymore" to that list.
I concur. Monogamy is "only having sex with your spouse". One partner introducing unilateral celibacy is a breach of monogamy and is excellent grounds for fault-based divorce in any sane world.
No fault divorce ruined our country. You think I exaggerate , but it's true. We are now a nation populated by men raised by single mothers. A recipe for complete societal meltdown , which is happening right before our eyes
