Got home from work Thursday morning and my heart had a sharp pain on the left side. Heart rate was around 100 and wouldn't calm down to let me sleep. Problem is still persisting today.

I'm not vaxxed at all. Early 30's 6'2" 250. Bit of belly weight.

Edit: dehydration too. Lots of water intake. Edit2: my condition went away. My bpm is back to normal and I don't feel nauseated and dehydrated. Whatever it was, I think I'm done with it. I appreciate the comments and I'll be working on my physical health when my outbuilding is done. I have a bike, treadmill, Smith machine, dumbbells, an machine, etc. I used to be a swimmer and my size was always important when I was on a team.

Garlic, hawthorne, lily of the valley, and walnuts are all good for the heart; ginger and motherwort as well.. Indigestion can mimic left side heart/arm pain. Are you extra stressed, or sugared/caffeined up?

If you're that worried, go to the ER.

It may be indigestion from all of these holiday leftovers. I did drink a bunch of coffee since I barely got three hours of sleep before my twelve hour shift.

I may have to. I'll post an update.

If it makes you feel better I've had the same symptoms. Caused by exhaustion and caffeine. Went away after I rested, ate reasonably, and rehydrated. But still, I would never advise someone feeling chest/heart/arm pain to not just go to the ER.

That was another thing. Very dehydrated. I've been pounding water and a pedialyte for electrolytes too.
