Fever for a few days, developing a cough with some mucus, and some slight chest pain/rib pain (lungs I assume).

Was going good for 2 years, but I think I finally got it. Been on a good vitamin program for 2 years and when I started getting sick, I upped the dosage a lot. Im generally in good spirits, headache and fever are not as bad in day 4 or 5, but the chest pains worry me.

What Im most worried about is my pregnant wife. She is scared of getting it while preggo, and I just want to make sure I am recovering by the time she inevitably gets it so I can take care of her.

Im taking multiple doses of vitamin c, d, and zinc every day. I am adding quercetin to that when it gets here. Doing apple cider vinegar here and there, and making sure to keep using mouthwash (it helps kill shit harboring in your throat).

Im trying to get some ivermectin, but it seems really hard to find and get in a timely manner.

Tell me something to keep me in good spirits and give me some advice on beating this bullshit quick. Im mid 30's and pretty healthy, not fat at all.

Yeah I recall mid 30s, fondly.

the wife came home with that shit earlier this month. I got it from her 2 days later. 5 days. Done. She still is tired, cant smell or taste anything.

I had mild flu like symptoms, low fever, headache, muscle soreness, fatigue, some shortness of breath, and a small chest pain that felt like one from running, that if you run through, it disappears. I ignored it. A bit of ibuprofin and some vitamins later and I'm all well and mostly normal again. Mostly, because i find I have been taking a nap in the middle of the day from being tired.

I did notice a slight reduction in sense of smell. Not a ton. Like coffee just smells muted or stale when i open a fresh ground bag from winco's grinder. I also didnt notice wet dog as bad after they came in from the rain, its there, just not as powerful.

I dont take anywhere near the vitamins you do. I take a multi most days and drink some OJ and go outside for at least 30 mins of real honest sunlight every day. You should be fine in a few days.

Thanks. Yeah Ive tried getting outside for at least a few minutes theses last couple of days even though its cold here. Just sat near an open window for a few too.

The cold will hamper the outside experience indeed. Vit D, but also the UV, which kills the bug.

Ive also been making sure to open all of the shades for the UV light to hopefully kill some germs that Im spewing. Got a couple of hepa filters running too.
