Fever for a few days, developing a cough with some mucus, and some slight chest pain/rib pain (lungs I assume).

Was going good for 2 years, but I think I finally got it. Been on a good vitamin program for 2 years and when I started getting sick, I upped the dosage a lot. Im generally in good spirits, headache and fever are not as bad in day 4 or 5, but the chest pains worry me.

What Im most worried about is my pregnant wife. She is scared of getting it while preggo, and I just want to make sure I am recovering by the time she inevitably gets it so I can take care of her.

Im taking multiple doses of vitamin c, d, and zinc every day. I am adding quercetin to that when it gets here. Doing apple cider vinegar here and there, and making sure to keep using mouthwash (it helps kill shit harboring in your throat).

Im trying to get some ivermectin, but it seems really hard to find and get in a timely manner.

Tell me something to keep me in good spirits and give me some advice on beating this bullshit quick. Im mid 30's and pretty healthy, not fat at all.

It’s the flu, rest & lots of vitamin d and c and water/juice. It takes 2 weeks to recover but if you haven’t ever had the flu it sucks but you will live just fine. Take deep breaths and keep the lungs open as much as you can. And chicken broth, eat lots of it.
