Depending on what you're shopping for and the quantities: large amounts(farming)-johnnys. Any smaller amounts(average garden) get them at fleet farm, Lowes, etc. I've been gardening and farming my entire life and have had best luck with seeds from department stores. Garlic and potatoes you should just get your own seed from your harvests the previous year. I'd be happy to help you get going with a plan if you want.
