As we know, the world is partially in lockdown, there has been an advance or greater commitment in the medical infrastructure, such as increased financial resources, increased hospitals, doctors, nurses, production of medical devices, people are more used to seeing nurses and going to pharmacies, I think this is preparation for a war, more specifically against Iran and Syria, and perhaps Ukraine is to hinder Russia from getting more deeply involved in the Middle East. The pressure for Taiwan may be to prevent China from moving further and also to make China aid to Iran and Syria uninteresting.
