I wish I could share your optimism, but virtually all of them are 100% unreachable. It's like Bezmenov said, even if you present them authentic information, it means nothing to them. We'd only be wasting time trying to reason with them. Believe me, I've tried.

Yes. For the most part, people believe what god-box tells them to believe. And to them, telling them they made a bad choice is like calling them stupid.
But if you reach out to 20 people who are considering getting the vax, and you can only talk one out of it, then hell, it's still a plus one for our side.
