If you're lifting weights and doing occasional cardio, that should be a net testosterone gain. But if you're old you should just get on TRT anyway, you'll feel much better and live longer.

Appreciate that. Been doing elliptical only, gotta start the weights.

Why do exercise machines always 'break.' I'm gonna get some non powered ones.

Yeah I recommend a squat rack and bench and some free weights. Unfortunately they are more expensive than pre-scamdemic.
