If you're lifting weights and doing occasional cardio, that should be a net testosterone gain. But if you're old you should just get on TRT anyway, you'll feel much better and live longer.

Yeah I recommend a squat rack and bench and some free weights. Unfortunately they are more expensive than pre-scamdemic.
