I usually use an elliptical but even that might be too much cardio.
Correct. Walk or do HIIT. Cardio releases cortisol, which makes you (and me) crave.
Yeah, those exercises are hard, guess that's why they work.
Last thing I need is raised cortisol levels, I'm already jumpy and on edge enough.
