A lot of them work for a practice owned by a corporation and the docs are lockstep. I did notice that when I had my knee checked out last summer. I didn't wear a mask in there, and the doctor pulled his mask off when he walked in. Oral surgeon did the same. They don't want to lose their jobs either.
