Take vitamin D supplements. Covid is really only bad news if your cardio is shit, you're vitamin D deficient, or you're completely immunocompromised (e.g. undergoing chemotherapy or taking immune suppressants).
Even with a variant it only varies .02 to .03 and you should be protected fully if not it will be mild.
