I agree with your premise. The implant doesn't have to be physical. It can be MK Ultra mind control techniques. The graphene spike protein gene editing shot seems to mentally change people immediately after taking the shot too. Although, I suspect that once they offer themselves as sacrifice, their minds force them to adhere to the decision and to act as a Borg collective. In other words, they can never admit to themselves they made a mistake. They must recruit others to justify their taking the jab.
