Start here. It takes a little bit of computer literacy, but works great once set up.

Newshosting.com is where the files are cataloged and is not free, but offers a trial. There are free options, but I haven't tried them

Sabnzdb is a good download client

Sonarr and radarr find movies or TV shows based on how you set them up and auto download based on settings.
