When they get to the end where they rattle off side effects they used to say "Serious infections and a lowered ability to fight them may occur, tell your doctor about an infection or symptoms of an infection" now the warning text has been updated to "Serious infections and a lowered ability to fight them may occur, tell your doctor about an infection or symptoms or if you have had a vaccine or plan to"
Some body saw enough real data that they had legal update the disclaimer text. They are worried that people who take Cosentyx are at a higher risk of some averse vaccine reaction and if they fail to disclose this they are liable.
