Caffeine is great for exercise. Get off your ass and move if you want to warm up.
Caffeine makes you feel like you are exerting yourself more but you really aren't. I did some exercise testing with and without caffeine.
Thought I had done more with but the results showed clearly I did more and faster without.
Your anecdotal "evidence" disagrees with the entire fitness world. Stimulants work. Even ephedrines are effective.
I don't think so. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. That is why it raises blood pressure.
It doesn't have to be a vasoconstrictor to raise blood pressure if it is stimulating the heart to pump harder or faster.
