It's getting crowded out there. Too many YouTubers making it look too good.
I think you need to have a piece of cheap empty land you can park on for the future. They are the cheapest and best designed structures you can buy for the money though even if you just park it under a tin roof somewhere.
Amazing how they can lay out a 2000 sf home in a 150 sf space.
Did you do the Dakota legal residence thing? Spend a night in a hotel there and then take advantage of their residency law allowing you to claim it as your state then travel?
It can be a bit crowded. State parks during prime season are impossible to get into unless you book out a year or so. Most have 2 week stay limits. We have been staying the summers in our home state of Minnesota. As far as residence.. We still have our home state as our residence. May change that to either Florida or South Dakota in the future. We sure love the Ozarks though. Lots of room down here.
