Last night I wanted watch Fox News report on the 'Trump Exoneration', MAGA.

I found an online stream, and the amount of commercials was freaking ridiculous.

No wonder cable is dying.

It's pretty jarring when I catch a few minutes in hotel lobby, airport, bar, etc. Who the hell watches?

I guess it's always been that way, we're just spoiled now with all the streaming options. Going back to it is jarring, perfect way to put it.

Fucking TV Networks interrupting ads with uninteresting things!

I tried watching curse of oak island at my dads and I couldn’t handle it . I bought him a fire stick and signed into my Hulu .

I haven't watched broadcast TV since during one of the later season of 24 I clocked the commercials running longer than the scene inbetween the commercials (6 minutes of commercials for 5 minutes of show). Cable has been dying for years, in fact I constantly wonder why it's still alive... but then I visit my Dad and he's glued to CNN and I remember that there are still a lot of people for whom cable is the way you watch TV and that's all there is to it Sonny..

Those viewers will not be replaced.

I get ya ... I generally have it on in the background and my ears only perk up when something of interest comes on.

The thing that gets me is commercials. I'll see some in a bar or wherever and it blows my mind. It's like watching a weird ass show from Japan or something.

What it implies is that such commercials actually work on the people who still watch TV; sheep.

It is probably ESPN that's had some commercials which feature hot women working out on some machine. I've seen that one at the bar frequently and I approve.

Nah I'm talking about commercials in general. They're so over-the-top these days. Shit like exploding in your face as they try to get you to buy their product.

I don't know, I've been without cable for 15 years and Don't know why anyone would use it anymore.

Local news is all we watch over the air. Otherwise, it's all streaming. I hate commercials. That shit chews up about 1/3 of every hour.
