Did you already file your exemption? Was it medical or religious?

Religious exemptions offer the strongest protections, but make sure you fill it out properly.

Check out lc.org/exempt for guidance on how to properly fill out a religious exemption / accommodation request. It's very important that you make only sincere religious objections and not try to make science-based ones. You do not have to be religious. A strong moral conviction from an atheist also suffices, and while your employer can test your sincerity, they cannot interrogate the reasons for your objections. Your objections don't even have to make logical sense. They just have to be sincere. Generally, the fact that the vaccines were all developed or produced using aborted fetal cell lines is what most people use.

Also, make sure to file a complaint with the EEOC as soon as get your request denied, because in order to sue, you first have to work through the EEOC process. But the EEOC is so backlogged, that when you try to schedule your first interview with them, it will be months out. Also, all the appointment slots for an interview will likely be booked when you are filling out your complaint with the EEOC, so fill it out and leave the browser open on the calendar screen (you'll see what I mean when you go through the process), and then refresh it right before midnight and right after until appointment slots open up.

The more cases that are filed against these fucking companies, the more precedents we can set in our favor to ban this sort of thing from happening. Use the court system to make these globalist pussies hurt. Make sure you get a copy of every Covid and vaccine related document that your company has published or emailed and keep it on your hard drive and/or printed in hard copy, so that you have evidence for the future.

I wasn't sure next steps if rejected. I'm assuming file complaint then notify HR?

No, do not notify HR. They are there to protect the company, not you. They're the ones who will reject your religious accommodation request.

lc.org/exempt has all the steps, including what to do after rejected.

Follow ALL the steps there first.
