Are you trying to justify having a low libido? That said, I heard of surgeries that exist that seem to permanently take away the urge. The people who have underwent it say it is something they do not regret as their life no longer revolves around sex or the consequences of its deficit. They may have said it is kin to a permanent state of post-nut clarity. If that is the case, I would imagine civilization would explode in advancement if such people were unimpeded by jews and other nefarious types.

I don't know about that. I listened to a podcast years ago about guys with very low testosterone and it was a lot more then sex drive. These guys would be very calm but also had no drive to do anything at all. Just didn't care.
