the problem with that is that some populations are parasitic. I haven't looked into it, but I'm guessing the black population went through a rapid expansion once they were (((cared for))) by white people.

In some cases the white man took on a burden of civilizing the blacks. It constantly failed so now the white man needs to take responsibility for spreading this disease and must eliminate it.

It is a problem where if left alone would solve its self. Stop long term welfare (or all government welfare), stop public schools, stop free high end healthcare, stop immigration until equilibrium is reached and people who will assimilate want to come, children of aliens are aliens.
