After 2 weeks, I went from a plump 147.7lbs or 66.6kg to svelte 142.2lbs, or 64.5kg. My fighting weight is 137, so I was getting too big and had to do something about it. I also gained some muscle in the process.

5 pounds is basically water weight. You can fluctuate that much from eating more or less salt.

Not trying to shit on the work you're doing but you're setting your goals and standards very low. Where do you REALLY want to be?

Where I am now, I can lose the water weight and make weight for a fight. It's the ratio of muscle to fat that was concerning me.
