Every single metal concert I've ever been too is about 99% guys, and the chicks that go to metal shows usually are with their boyfriend or husband.

Ladies, if you're single and looking, then head to a metal concert. Most metal dudes are based and looking for single chicks, which they'll rarely find at the shows they go to.

We need more women in the metal scene.

EDIT: was the best overall band recommended to me by a girlfriend.

EDIT 2: And some of you have a serious issue regarding whether "metal" is Christian or not:

Metal is for idiots. Metal is devil-worshipping music. Nearly all their lyrics are trying to insult Jesus in an overt or slightly subtle way.

Metal is just a style of music you retard. There are insane amounts of metal groups that have fuck all to do with satan.

There's also about 30 sub genres of metal. Some are shit, some are awesome.

There's Christian metal bands like Living Sacrifice, Zao, Demon Hunter and tons more.

EDIT: I like my metal bands with awesome names like those listed above. Unlike other Christian bands with stupid names like The Devil Wears Prada and A Day To Remember. I always hated bands with poem and book titles for band names and always thought that if they couldn't think of an original name - even if it was a made up word - then the band wasn't original. And there were TONS of bands from that era that were named after books, poems and even movies.

Metal is pretty varied. I would recommend "haggard" - "of a might divine".
