The point is that NO ONE is enforcing the parking laws, and that's by democrat decree.
The point is that tow truck owners are PRIVATE BUSINESSES and no, they aren’t ALL on Democrat payroll. I promise that if you call a tow company on a car that is illegally parked, then cletus will come and tow the nigger’s car away.
Tow companies aren’t government or enforcers. They make money by towing cars that are parked illegally and then holding them for ransom until the owner pays.
