No, they don’t. People get towed for parking illegally all the time. It would cost far less money to just make it legal to park everywhere than it would to pay off every tow truck driver in the city. I can’t believe this is actually a conversation I’m having.

I've tried. I have to go behind Target at least once a week and the niggers that live in those shitholes along Broad are always parked in the bike lane. No one even gets ticketed. See, the police have to ticket for the tow trucks to tow. And you can't expect niggers to follow even the most mundane of laws.
