Hey, you fucking chinks. The spot in front of my house is not a public parking space. Fucking chinks parked in front of my house blocking garbage pick up.

Now I got three big bags of garbage in my garage because some fucking dumb chinks parked there, and didn't fucking move in the morning. Fucking morons.

All public parking violations go through 311. There are enough private parking violations that the city sanctioned tow trucks don't have to tow cars illegally parked on public land. They simply tow cars from private lots and the city ignores all public parking violations "because they disproportionally impact people of color and other oppressed peoples".
