Yeah, they do. They say what where and when they can tow a vehicle. Pittsburgh is so corrupt that the police chief (a nigger) went to prison.

No, they don’t. People get towed for parking illegally all the time. It would cost far less money to just make it legal to park everywhere than it would to pay off every tow truck driver in the city. I can’t believe this is actually a conversation I’m having.

And if Pittsburgh was as corrupt as you think, then the police chief wouldn’t have gone to prison
