In my city there are several streets with permit only parking and even no parking at all. Doesn't matter, though, the niggers will even park in the bike lane even though the lanes are too narrow for their cars and they wind up obstructing the car lanes as well.
If people are legitimately illegally parked then get their shit towed. Otherwise quit crying because public property is public
