They call improving the city from being a trash strewn shithole "gentrification" and claim it's bad. There are 4 full universities within walking distance from downtown, there's another full campus in the rich part of town, and there's a huge art college right in the center of downtown, not to mention the satellite campus of the other full university with a full campus down past the airport. These libraded college doofuses make this all possible.
I don’t believe for a second that a tow truck would refuse to take away a car parked in a bike lane if you called them.

All public parking violations go through 311. There are enough private parking violations that the city sanctioned tow trucks don't have to tow cars illegally parked on public land. They simply tow cars from private lots and the city ignores all public parking violations "because they disproportionally impact people of color and other oppressed peoples".
