The defense does something stupid and then gets all /smugface as he objections the DA and the judge tells the DA to fuck off.
DA tries it, twice in a row; gets told to fuck off twice in a row.
I know Kyle only did right that day. Anyone who has seen even the DAs selected clips will come to that conclusion.
But this is all happening in such odd swings - not like the DA is crushing then the defense is crushing - just really weird things are happening.
This is a big trial with national implications and they have soccer mom tier tech support. LITERALLY. Like it's some overweight paralegal and an overweight bailiff or something.
