If you're trying to cut down drinking I'm gonna tell you what finally worked for me - mix beer and seltzer. 50/50. Soon you will not be able to stomach pure beer. Also you cut your brain off from the instant effects. So you slowly cut through the mental addiction.

Alcohol is poison at worst and a shitty boring drug at best. You drink it and you do dumb shit and it just amplifies however you’re feeling. Then you feel like shit for even longer. It makes you into a dump.
