If you're trying to cut down drinking I'm gonna tell you what finally worked for me - mix beer and seltzer. 50/50. Soon you will not be able to stomach pure beer. Also you cut your brain off from the instant effects. So you slowly cut through the mental addiction.

I guess obviously during rampdown I was doing the control thing. But man it's good to just cut the beer aisle out.
