Haven't you ever noticed the demographic boxes on government forms? There is white-non-hispanic and white-hispanic. South America was settled by white Europeans just like North America. South and Central Americans are technically white people unless they can trace their history back to native tribes, kind of like here.

There are genetically two types of Mexicans. Those who are natives and those who admixtures with Spanish and Europeans. Whereas the Spanish are also frequently an admixture with Europeans.

The result is that "white" includes some Mexicans, Arabs, Jews, and others who are not directly Caucasion.

In crime stats, once you make the distinction between Caucasion and white, you find that roughly 94% of all crime disappears. Which is, of course, why they keep it blended in the stats.

Literally we could have Mayberry all across this country. We pay a total systemic cost of a trillion dollars every three years for the privilege of surrending Mayberry. Somehow you're a bad person if you don't want Mayberry for your children and children's children.

About 15 years ago, working with a 'fully Mexican-American' heritage person, she told me that their culture saw it as a negative to be more white as that implied their ancestors were raped by Spaniards from Europe. I'm just saying what she said, and that Mexican culture passes down a 'be ashamed to be white' story. I don't know if that was just the recent anti-white push or if it's been there for the past century. Certainly modern Mexicans have no reason to hate themselves for something hundreds of years ago?
