I get spam in Katakana in my Japanese-ish email account.

I get weather reports from Hammerfest in Swedish and Dansk in my Scandinavian account.

You can't, but when has a spammer ever been concerned with legality or actuality? I'm more interested that stuff like this is showing up, it means there's some sort of interest out there in it, or that enough people are talking about it that someone feels they can exploit that niche.
