Yes but the USA is the police arm lackies of the IMF and international banks, and both china and russia are totalitarian states.
If the usa goes down, everyone goes down.
Rationally it would mean enormous suffering in the short term, but in the long term it would delay or prevent the emergence of one world totalitarianism.
