Takeaway everyday, KFC, Fish and Chips, Pizza, Donuts, Pasties etc etc etc.

Other than making my insides sore and stretches it hasn't done much.

I'm trying to stop now. It starts with getting just one takeaway, and then I'm hooked and need it everyday.

Only way to eat healthy is to prepare shit early in the week. Have convenient food for breakfast and lunch. For instance Oatmeal and fruit is good for breakfast and easy to have in. Forget any shit that comes in a box for breakfast. Even stuff sold as healthy is high in calories.

Never shop when you're hungry. Make soup for lunch. Forget about bread or potatos. Obviously takeaways too. Make a big chilli with low fat ground beef that will do for 3 days, no oil. Make a pasta sauce with meatballs and have it without pasta. No snacks between meals except a few pieces of fruit. Do it for 2 weeks and you'll feel better. Do a half hour or hour brisk walk every day if you can. Write everything you eat down, just to help you avoid snacks. It actually works. The weight will fall off you. You'll need more food if you have a manual labour job. Calorie counter app like my net diary is good. Feels gay using it, but wait till you start losing weight.

If you really want to quit then go low carb ie. < 30 g of carbs a day. Cravings stop in 2 days, and within a week you'll go out of your way to avoid fast/junk food. The only thing to remember is to replace calories that you were getting from carbs with calories from good fats ie. not trans fats AKA hydrogenated.

I'm chugging on Bulk 1 complete nutrition shakes currently and still craving pizza and chocolate despite the shakes being chocolate flavor.

I made a normal supermarket food order but delivery for it is on Saturday, which is why I hate ordering groceries.

Eat real food like meat. The shake you mentioned has 30g carbs in one serving.

But the carbs are from oats and sweet potato.

I looked up Bulk 1 complete nutrition shakes and a single serving is 37g of carb. Sorry to say it but you will never stop the cravings until you get below 30g of carbs a day.

Thanks to labeling laws everything has nutritional contents on the packaging and for fresh or unpackaged food that info is readily available on the internet.

Get the excess carbs out of your diet and in very short order your head is clearer and you have more consistent energy than you have had for years.

It's crucial to increase oils and fats to compensate for the calories you were getting from carbohydrates. I know we have been taught that fat is bad but, with the exception of trans fats, this is flat out incorrect.

The problem with this method is that instead of a quick, painless death, you now get to suffer a slow, agonizing buildup of health issues that degrade the quality of your life so much that you'll be seeking other ways to kill yourself quickly.

I can’t remember my last milkshake but a pb Wendy frosty would be pretty good

Do a 3 day fast. It'll reset your taste buds, and prove your strength in discipline. Plus, research the health benefits. I do 2, 3 day fasts a year.
