I’ve suffered from depression for YEARS and I’ve been doing some research on how to combat depression naturally. I didn’t do this research with the intention of linking covid and parasites. It was by accident.

Go outside in the morning and walk.

I wake up before sunrise and get more exercise than almost anyone I know.

And the depression never goes away.

I try not to let it get that bad, but it definitely does.
