I hate doctors, but in their defense, I have to tell you about the mechanic who was outraged over the cost of his open heart surgery. He confronted the cardiologist and slapped down the bill on his desk. "How dare you charge me this much? I would never charge you this much money for replacing your carburetor or your fuel pump!! You do the same job as me. You repair bodies and I repair cars. What's the difference?"

The doctor smiled and asked him, "Do you work on those cars while the engine is still running?"
