Migraines are simple as fuck. They aren't a nerve issue or a brain issue. They're vasodilation and high BP inside the brain which causes the blood vessel to swell and push against a nerve. These aren't vessels physically inside the brain, the interior of the brain does not have pain sensory nerves, but the surface between and on the meninges does. This causes severe pain because you aren't supposed to feel pain there. It's a warning. How on earth would genetic modification fix that? It's a symptom of pure physical manifestation. Just like a broken bone. You wouldn't get genetic modification for a broken bone.
