Update:

I guess they were just letting employees know as of December 1st if the “law” is in enacted that’s what’s going on.

The meeting was just a heads up for December 1st. They’ll pay for the testing and every positive test they’ll pay you for 5 out of 10 days. Since there’s no rules they don’t know if they can just do the old temp screening and questionnaire or not.

They’re not sure if it will even go into effect they just wanted to give everyone a heads up. They believe it will mostly likely be short lived before an injunction,, overturned or businesses just don’t comply. It’s not their job to play doctor.

I have a friend who texted me who has worked at Costco for over ten years. The unvaxxed had a mandatory meeting and will be required to test or get vaxxed.

When asked, the company said they will be paying for the tests.

When someone asked since there’s so many false positives what happens when I’m gone for 10 days every month or two? Am I considered immune after the first positive test? will I get paid after the first positive test to quarantine since I’m immune? they had no answers.

The rule has yet to be officially finalized, and it’s unclear what, if any, exemptions will be allowed, but is estimated to affect over 80 million workers and thousands of employers.

It’s not even going to stand up in court.

I need to find someone who will fake a vax card and put it in the state database, no luck yet.

According to the eeoc guidance.

Exactly, eeoc is Federal, each state has unemployment rules and laws. Federal can attempt to weigh in and provide supplemental support to states' unemployment but ultimately the responsibility of unemployment falls on the state and they'd have to pass legislation for this to stick through their state legislators.

In other words don't let these fed faggots intimidate you or your friends into quitting, that's what they want because that absolved these kike corporations' from liability.

This is all psychological warfare at this point. If we buckle we become permanent slaves to their new world order.

Yes, I’m not intimidated, I live in a deep blue state and they’ll fuck you every chance you get.

It’s a game of chicken at this point.

I live in a deep blue state

My condolences. Stand your ground, brother.

They're pulling every trick in the book. Each time they hit a milestone they change strategies and lie each step of the way till the hold outs become the minority then they'll be able to really cut us from society with little fight.

They're out for blood.

In the end their shit always falls apart, they always go one step too far etc. it’s just a waiting game for the next year or two.
