I know a Catholic who used to work for a jewish company in France. Jews working there could take jewish holidays off but other religions didn’t get their religious holidays. She demanded Good Friday off and insisted since it was the day the jews killed her Lord it should count as a jewish related holiday at least. Got the day off but didn’t work there much longer after that.

This happened at my job as well but it was a Catholic taking like 200 days off a year in Malaysia for mudslime holidays.
