I get depressed when I realize that we probbaly won’t ever leave the galaxy. And all the other galaxies are moving too far too fast for us to ever make it there either. One day they won’t even be visible. The sky will be empty. In all likelihood we won’t even leave the solar system. Why space GottA be so big and beautiful and out of our reach. What happens when all matter decays. Does it all become a big nothing anyways

Loneliness causes excruciating pain in the peripheral nervous system. I more or less died of loneliness, about ten years ago. Lost access to most of my remaining social instincts. Now, I am incapable of feeling lonely; but I would not recommend it for anyone.
