The Settling Defendants have not admitted any liability concerning, and continue to deny the legal claims alleged in, this lawsuit, and would allege numerous defenses to the Plaintiffs' claims if the case against them were to proceed. Nevertheless, the Settling Defendants agreed to settle this action to avoid the further expense, inconvenience, disruption, and burden of this litigation and any other present or future litigation arising out of the facts that gave rise to this litigation, to avoid the risks inherent in uncertain complex litigation and trial, and thereby to put to rest this controversy.
So, sounds like some jew lawyers doing what jew lawyers do - stealing money from people via frivolous lawsuits.
This is standard operation. The company always refuses to admit wrongdoing but agrees to pay some money, and the scumfaggot lawyers let them get away with it.
I get that, but without it going to trial, we'll never know.
And maybe them agreeing to settle is an admission of guilt .. or it's the above. Who knows.

Always greedy lawyers and greedy companies. Its a scam. They get away with shit like poisoning baby powder with asbestos and then pay a pittance to get off. That encourages more criminal behavior. In a just society the execs would be hanged drawn and quartered on live tv.
