I just got the e-mail this afternoon. They told us there was no declination that we could use. I was thinking there would be legal action I could take, but I am very tired. I have worked my ass off for 5 years, and I get treated like shit. It doesn't seem worth it. I am not a sheep, and I don't fit in with the majority of zog bots I work with.

I will try legal routes, but I think I am fucked. The Texas Methodist Hospital case sort of sealed the fate of anyone trying to fight back against the required jab. Once again, if anyone has some advice for me, I would greatly appreciate it. I feel like a dog backed into corner.

make it clear you will be leaving on the day the policy is implemented, same with everyone else.

As soon as they see the number of people really leaving and see costs or money walking out the door, suddenly corporate types get really flippy floppy on stuff.

It's not over yet. But definitely talk to counselors about transferring and if credits will transfer so they know you aren't bluffing and internal staff are telling their superiors your serious.
